Permit management
We handle the paperwork and permits needed to start the build with everything in order.
Site management
As an architect, Mercedes oversees the build from start to finish, coordinating the trades and checking that what gets built is what was designed.
Materials and furniture selection
We choose the materials and furniture with you, with an architect's judgement on what works and what ages well day to day.
Handover
We check that everything is finished as agreed and hand over the keys to a home that's ready to live in.
